What makes us different from other executive search firms is our
goal to assist our clients in building
professional, successful, competent teams. We are paid
when we
find the right candidate for our client's need,
not to consult or simply send resumes. We are paid for the value
we bring to the search process.
Our process includes consulting with our clients on what they
truly want to accomplish by hiring a new
employee, identifying where candidates may be found,
recruiting, interviewing, and referencing candidates
and
administrating the interview process. We do not send a
candidates' resume to a
potential employer without that
candidate's consent. We have a code of ethics. We are under no
pressure to flood clients with unproven candidates, because our
work is mainly on a retained or exclusive basis, and involves
higher level searches. We are successful time and again on
exclusive and retained work. Finally, we recognize
confidentiality as our stock in trade.
